Richard Goh (Director and Principal Consultant)

Major portfolio and specialization is in security risk management, Civil Defence and protective design. He holds a Master of Science in Security, Bachelor degree in Strategic Management, Diploma in Management (Industrial) and a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Four years of specialized training with Heierli Zurich (1993 – 1997) in Civil Defence and Protective engineering planning and design on weapon’s effect and blast mitigation. Board certified (CPP – Certified Protection Professional) by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).

Has more than 20 years of experience in security risk management in major critical infrastructure projects, embassies, mass transit transportation system, port facilities, high-rise buildings and various commercial facilities. Other major experiences are in planning and development of manuals on emergency planning, operation, technical design and business continuity, including research in mass transit terrorism and public domain security. He is also an Adjunct lecturer on Professional Security Diploma programme with SMa School of Management    

Bernhard Kaufmann (Director and Principal Protective Design Consultant)

Master of Science in Structural Engineering (ETH Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) with more than thirty years of risk engineering and protective design. Protective engineering and design experiences are mainly in large scale protective structures against direct hit weapons and blasts effect for government agencies in Europe, Middle East and South East Asia.  

The team leader in developing broad spectrum of in-house computer program in Single degree of freedom (SDOF) structural analysis against extraordinary and dynamic loads. Has complied and written many performance specifications in his area of specialization for many government agencies for design and construction guidelines.

Soh Meng Seng  (Principal Professional Engineer)

Major portfolio and specialization is in Civil Engineering and protective design. Holds a BSc Civil (Hons), an MSc Civil and a Professional Engineer with the P.E. Board Singapore. Has more than twenty years experience in planning and designing broad spectrum of civil and structural infrastructure ranging from tunnel to high-rise facilities.  

Engineering and design team leader with key responsibility and expertise in planning and design review as well as professional endorsement and submission to the Building Construction Authority.
